Ive been with boost over a year. I recently bought a second boost phone and was having problems recieving all my texts and phone calls.
My other phone worked fine. I called customer service 4 times! First no one speaks fluent english and u cant understand a word they are saying. Everytime i called they did the same reconfige to my phone and told me to wait 24 hours.
Meanwhile this is my BUSINESS phone! Well it never fixed the problem. After the 4TH! TIME I SAID WE ARE NOT RECONFIGURING MY PHONE A 4TH TIME.
ITS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE AND I NEED A REPLACEMENT. I was given the run around again and again haveing to re explain my situation to different people over and over. No one wanted to help. Finally i just had to throw the damn thing away get a new phone with a DIFFERENT PROVIDER and change all my businesscards and website phone numbers.
Worst customer service EVER! Will NEVER buy again!
