Boost Mobile says they don't have contracts, but if you buy a phone from them you're stuck with them for a year. The first month is nice except the fact that you can't use the internet while on a call.
Don't even think about calling customer service for anything other than payments. It should be illegal to do business the way that they do. Trust me, whatever company you're with it's not as bad as Boost Mobile. I was only paying $20 more per month with AT&T and would gladly go back even with an additional $20 per month more if I could.
Counting the miserable months down to when I can drop them like a bad habit. Filed a complaint with the BBB, but I doubt they even care as they tout themselves as a "discounted" service.
I wouldn't want it if it was $20 a month. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and flat out rude.
