I upgraded to unlimited data, and selected $5 discount option for autopay.

Was rewarded with no autopay discount, and the phone now had a simm card error.

Spent nearly hour on phone reach support to re-initiate service. Conduct procedure several times to no avail.

Call boost again. They claim it is a problem with the simm card which with phone was provided by boost. Say they will send new simm card, which should have been the case when I first reported the problem.

Boost insists upon keeping the extra money for "upgraded" service, and lies about auto-pay promotion.

Beware Boost. You pay more for upgrade to unlimited service, and you get less. Boost is clearly gaming their system to extract additional monies from customers without providing agreed upon service, as confirmed by their refusal for partial refund. Boost is crocked.
