I was on hold on the automated system and when I got to put in some buttons and I hit the wrong number it automatically switching me to a daily plan $3 a day daily plan I got to the customer service I switch back to it when I was on a family plan the guy switch me to a single plan with no family I looked down and I had Insurance call back to pay the pay the bill now I don't have insurance I pay the bill asagai what's going on with my insurance disconnecting call back for a third time your lady bill was taking care of everything fine ask you about my insurance she said it's on there it's not on there the guy tells me if you switch to a daily plan it voids out your insurance and you can never get it back again I bought a S8 6 months ago so I got to go at 7 or daughter Phone 8 on her phone with no insurance all from hitting a button on automated system with not there's no Fail-Safe it just makes no sense to me goodbye in the wrong number with people do all the time out of automated system you guys around there very easily they don't cancel my insurance forever I will never do business with this company again they are the worst customer service I've ever even dealt with they lie they hang up on you they tell you things that aren't true you could have one person do one thing call back and then ask the person to do the same thing and I'll tell you they can't they're just garbage
