Boost Mobile still has not contacted me with my phone, a tracking number or a refund . Never do business with Boost Mobile.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus from Boost Mobile and they told me that within 3 to 5 business days, I would have my phone or a tracking number that would indicate the location of my phone. Well, it's been over 5 days now and I haven't received a tracking number or my phone. I called and asked for a refund, but was told I couldn't get that.

I bought a Boost Mobile phone; it had no sim card. They had to send me a sim card, so I had to pay for another month at ATT in order to port the number over.
I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to activate the new phone, but still have not succeeded. It says to put in a pin - I don't have a pin, I don't want a pin, but Tech Support says I cannot bypass the pin, it's for my own safety. I've been waiting for 2 hours on the phone, only for them to tell me now I have to perform a factory reset. I had Boost before; since they are owned by other people, I thought I'd give them a try.
They are just as bad as they were before.
I still haven't got my phone activated and no one seems to know why, so if my number is ported over, I will be stuck with a phone I can't use since I don't have a pin, never have had a pin, and don't want one. I'm being told that's my only option.

I’m seeing lots of complaints but very little “resolved”. This is just a screaming board where ppl vent and nothing gets done?
Send to company button doesn’t work.
Went to the store where phone was last upgraded in April 2022. Can not pass security Qs 5 days ago when this happened. This in because at the target store in California where we purchased our prepaid phone and SIM card in 2007 & later signed up online did not need this information. Name on phone acct is A Girl, caller I'd safety, my girlfriend was principal user until she passed away.
I have very little personal info in your user registration to prove its me the PayPal debit card to pay the $46.91 on 11/01/2024 is in my name. I have the password to retrieve voicemails. Access the above email connected to the account.
I have the Login pin/password to the Boost APP, I do not have a working phone right now, Im porting this number to another service provider to pressure Boost to release my acct. Boost Acct email is also same Regisd here
Preferred solution: Restore/Unlock phone/sim acct status to active ,, Or if you suspect fraud why aren’t you alerting the acct holder?

The franchise owner of the Boost Mobile on Grapefruit Boulevard in Indio, California claimed he did repairs to iPhones when I was activating service, and he has decided to keep the device for himself. Along with my MacBook, it is there for a crack on the edge of the screen.
All lies! In addition to incredibly poor, substandard service coverage and download speeds, making it impossible to do anything reasonable, these people blamed it on air traffic congestion at LAX.

My bank is reviewing mydispute of $60
For two months Boost Mobile has taken my $60.00 payment twice. I contacted Customer Service only tto have them run me around in circles, and tell me they can't verify me or my account. But they can sure as *** charge my Credit Card twice without verification.

Been going in two weeks either no answers as to how my phone got compromised and no one can help. Its a constant stream of no one that can help and how to protect your account.
They allowed someone to swap my SIm and didnt do anything at all until I called. They said I can email them meanwhile someone has my phone number!

Well, when I called Boost Mobile this morning, I was told that I would have to wait another 10 days to get my phone because Samsung had not built it yet. So, I asked for a refund, but was denied.
They were going to try to force this phone onto me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, contacted a false advertisement attorney, and filed a dispute with my bank.

This complaint against this Boost third party representing Boost's policies committed an intentional and deceptive violation to induce the sale of a pair of iPhone 15 EarPods while knowing that the phone is an iPhone 11. Once the deception was discovered while still in the Boost store, the Boost merchant refused to refund the money.
Instead, the merchant indicated the EarPods should be gifted.
There is the understanding from Boost customer service that a purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Please let me know to whom attention should the federal/state and Boost violations be directed. Ignoring my request does not provide a suitable resolution.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter to address this concern that potentially open the door to the discovery of the merchant's faulty business practices.

Sold items I didn't want
Don't DI was tricked into switching my wireless Internet from metro to boost except I told the guy I didn't want to go through Xfinity and I needed wireless Internet and after paying over $500 for two phones and activation and switching from metro after 15vyears I asked if he was going to throwing a phone case for my flip and he said he would give me two free cases. One for each new phone.
Then I asked if that included protective screen and he said he couldn't give that to me but he would only charge me $5.00 so I agreed. After getting home I looked at my receipt he charged me $24.99 per phone case PLUS $19.99 for the protective screen. PLUS, After trying to set my Internet up, it turns out I have to go through Xfinity and it's wired and I have to pay another $100 for Xfinity to send a tech out to hook up coax cable. WHAT KIND OF CIRCUS CLOWNS ARE RUNNING BoostMobile.
Still I have no internet, stuck with the Xfinity box I paid for and I can't use the prepaid 30 days I paid for. Boost sales guy said he won't refund me. You guys suck worse than ANY PHONE PROVIDER. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST MONTH BEING A BOOST CUSTOMER.
CHANGING SERVICE PROVIDERS AT THE END OF MY 30 DAYS IM DISGUSTED. I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED ON THE PHONE $350 FOR MY SERVICES, PHONES, ACTIVATION, SIM CARDS INCLUDING THE INTERNET. THEIFS.
ALI WAS HIS NAME AND KARMAS A DEPORTATION AWAY. CROOKS

I paid a monthly payment of 48.00, then had no service. I tried to call them and they wanted 5.00 to talk to customer service.
I stayed on the phone until they put me through. I talked to a tech and was told he would call me back, but he didn't. I called back and asked for a refund.
I was told they would call me back, but they didn't. Now, I'm seriously angry.

Verified Reviewer |I am leaving metro by t mobile because they have taken so much money from me and still have not refunded me my $82 to my visa ending in 1759
Upon me paying my phone bills, Metro by T-Mobile keeps charging me for all kinds of stuff. They will be giving me back my $82 on my card ending in 1759, or I will be leaving them as a phone carrier permanently and going to Boost Mobile as my new phone carrier for good.
