Are u guys helping your customers during this hard time ? Some of us are without jobs now due to this and we didn't ask for it see metro PC's, cricket, Sprint and Verizon are all doing 200$ credits or 2 free months just asking if you guys are gonna help your customers out ?

Based on Boost Mobile FAQs, customers currently on an unlimited data plan with Boost Mobile will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of mobile hotspot on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020.

What good does that do? Hotspot for a phone that isn't working? Boost is shutting off service to people and offer an extra 20 gigs of unusable hot spot.

We’re my refund

So I had boostmobile before I bought my new phone I paid my bill on accident because I kept my SIM card from my other phone thinking it would work in my new phone and my service never came on so I told boost I wanted my refund because I’m no longer using their service but I haven’t got my money back they have me a case I’d number but I just wanna know when I’m getting my money back

According to the Boost Mobile FAQ page, eligible customers can request a domestic SIM unlock and/or request the associated MSL Code by contacting Boost Mobile Customer Care at 1-86*-402-7366.
The unlock request can take up to two business days to process for devices not currently under a BoostUP! instalment plan. During that time, the following steps can help ensure the request processes properly:
Android
  • Ensure the SIM card remains in the device;
  • Ensure the device is powered on and within Boost Mobile network coverage area, or at minimum connected to a Wi-Fi network;
  • Upon receiving notification that the device is unlocked, check the UICC unlock, as follows:
    • UICC Unlock: Go to Settings > System > System updates.
    • UICC unlock or go to Settings and search for UICC Unlock. Tap UICC unlock for a settings refresh.
    • If UICC unlock is not available, try updating the data profile as follows.
    • Update Profile: Go to Settings > System > System updates > Update Data Profile

Apple
  • Ensure the device is powered on and within (Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile)’s network coverage area, or at minimum connected to a Wi-Fi network;
  • Back up your phone;
  • Restore your iPhone to factory settings;
  • Restore your iPhone from a backup.

  • log in to your Boost Mobile account;
  • go to my profile;
  • click Send a Message on the right side of the screen.

How can I get my phone unlocked I was never told anything about I need to have my service for one year before I can get my phone unlocked I was never told that by the store that I got my phone activated I did ask if there’s any contracts and I was told no and that’s the only thing I was told I need to get my phone unlocked so that I can go with another service I’ve called customer service and was on with them for hours and you only thing I got was more aggravated I need to talk to someone in the corporate office

Why when trying to buy new phone at site my card gets rejected even though it pays my monthly pmt

when I tried to buy new phone I get al the way to end of purchase send to buy get told invalid card/will not go through. Called my bank asking if they thought I was not using my card so not ;etting card purchase going through.

They told me it was not them that the problem was at your end.

Said you and T Mobile were famous for rejecting people's purchases. I have never had a problem with my purchases I will buy phone at WalMart tomorrow but WILL I have problem activatvated, get new number and setting up family plan?

  • make sure the Billing and shipping address are the same;
  • make sure you're using a valid credit card;
  • use Internet Explorer as your browser;
  • verify if your credit card has a block from bank to purchase online.

According to the Boost Mobile support section, during the free WiFi trial period, you may use your phone as you normally would. Everything should run automatically in the background.

If you are experiencing any issues with WiFi running, you may report it by tapping the Menu (upper right of the app) and then tapping ‘Report problem’.

Boost Mobile offers several options due to coronavirus.
  • Customers will automatically receive complimentary international calling rates from the U.S.
  • Waiving reactivation fees for customers through April 30, 2020.
  • Customers currently on an unlimited data plan that includes Mobile Hot Spot with Boost Mobile will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of mobile hotspot on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020.
  • Customers currently on a capped data plan (including WiFi Hotspot plans and Unlimited Plans without Mobile Hot Spot) with Boost Mobile will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of data on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020.

They are not currently taking calls or answering Emails. Absolutely Zero customer support. Only thing they are doing is shutting off peoples phones by the thousands daily.

According to letstalk.com, to unlock your boost mobile phone, a non-boost-customer should have:
  • the Boost Mobile phone number or account number last associated with the phone or
  • if you don’t have that, you will need to contact the person whom you bought the phone from and get that info from them.

If you can’t do either of these things, then Boost will not unlock your device and you’ll have to use it on Boost Mobile’s network for the required amount of time before you try unlocking it again.
