Brought a prepaid xfinity wifi box from Boost that did not work. I called xfinity and a tech was sent out.
After testing the box and wires, i was told that the box was bad and to take it back to boost. I calked boost and told them about the problem and i was told, too bad we don't replace the box and hung up on me and every time I called back , the phone would ring and ring. They wouldn't even answer the phone.
They were very rude and basically I've just thrown money away and the sales person said"yeah you have" and hung up on me. I will be calling the corprate office and the bbb.
