I broke my phone I couldnt see my screen so I couldnt get my passcode cause I didnt remember it I called boost customer care and I gave them all the information that I had about my phone that no one else could know they lied to me saying that they need all this information and they can get my pin to me I gave them the information they lied about the date that I activated my phone I couldnt remember but I actually did have the right date and they said it wasnt the right Month I know it was recorded they was not a help at all I even wanted to switch my service ive been with boost for over five years always paid my bill and they couldnt do anything for me i use my phone as a business phone and they told me that I had to wait 48 hours to try to get my pin code again I own a business there was no way I could be without my phone for 48 hours yes I was pissed.I had to buy a new phone to use it and got my pin with out customers care help.there has to be another way to get you pin if its your phone I understand a security risk but I Even gave them old passwords that I used before and they lied and said it wasnt the old password theyre useless when it comes to that still might have to switch my service because if it ever happens again I know what I have to deal with

User's recommendation: Don’t depend on boost care if you forget your password.

Monetary Loss: $485.

Preferred solution: A price reduction from the time I couldn’t use my phone because of the pin.

Boost Mobile Pros: I like their service.

Boost Mobile Cons: Really awful resolution of problem.
