Customer service is not very knowledgeable and they do not listen. They transfer you, well they say they are, "to a better department", then leave you on hold for 10-15 minutes just to drop the call into the end of call survey prompt.

Sales is the worse, they know nothing beyond selling a phone right then and there. If you made an order online they are not able to answer any questions at all or view your recent order and always tell you to call customer service and when you do its vice versa cs says talk to sales. No one takes owner ship and actually tries to handle the call and customer needs.

Worse representatives and customer service. I could go on about the supervisors , sales, and customer service.
