Verified Reviewer |I am getting harassed and this line has...
I am getting harassed, and this line has an eSIM connected to it without my knowledge, and I want it turned off and my number changed.
Preferred solution: Esim disconnected and my phone number changed

User's recommendation: Don't use boost mobile
They don't listen or just can't understand what you are saying.
- - They are billed for service canceled in December.
- - The payment is blocked and not going through.
- - They spoke with reps who say the issue is fixed.
Because you keep billing me for service we canceled in Dec. No the payment is blocked and doesn't go through but it's not doing my almost perfect credit.
I and my wife both have spoke with someone several times. They say the matter has beencorrected.
- Yeah your cons
Preferred solution: Stop *** billing me for service I've canceled. Fix it now
User's recommendation: Check out mint. So far they have been great. We bought 2 brand new S25 phones
You charged me more than you should have
- - Told bill would be $60, but I paid $159.99 that day; this month it's $121.00, and I live on Social Security, so I'm shopping for a new carrier.
When I purchased the new phone the man told me my bill would be 60.00. I paid 159.99 that day and he said it included the monthly payment.
Then this month 121.00 and Im living on social security and that killed my budget. Thats why Im shopping around for a different carrier
User's recommendation: Don’t believe what you are told by customer service

Verified Reviewer |Scam an excessively high amount
- - Overcharged $75 for a SIM that should cost under $10; customer seeks explanation.
- - No receipt; a handwritten one later provided; discrimination cited.
On the 17th, I visited one of your stores on Woodland Avenue to purchase a SIM card. The agent charged me $75, which is far above the normal price.
I later checked and saw that your SIM cards cost no more than $10.
In addition, the agent did not give me any receipt. When I returned the next day to request my receipt and report the overcharge, another agent told me it was not possible to provide one.
He ended up writing a handwritten receipt instead, which is unacceptable.
I believe I was overcharged and possibly taken advantage of because I am a foreigner and do not fully understand the language. I am requesting a full explanation and a resolution, as this situation appears to be a scam.I dont have any proof, but you can check your surveillance cameras.
Thank you,
Nene HAIDARA

Had service only about 1 month
- - Plan jumped from 35 to 75 on bill; associate pressured adding software and porting my number required buying a new phone two days after purchase.
My service of 35.00 a month morphed into 75.00 by the time the first bill came due the store contacting me and the associate telling me she could lose her job by not adding software to my phone not added at the time of purchase but I could delete them at any time. We went to the store to try and have my original phone number ported to my new phone and the girls at the desk eating ice cream cones couldnt help unless I bought a new phone my phone was purchased two days prior.
User's recommendation: Buyer beware

Verified ReviewerFour attempts at fraud
- - Fraud: an iPhone was added to our account and number/password changes were attempted.
- - Resolution delays: 3-5 days, then Dec 16 and 19; $711 owed.
Absolutely not. They're thieves, liars and don't care about anything but the most money they can make
On 12/2, we again got a phone call saying someone was trying to change the phone number, which was not authorized. On 12/4, we again received a phone call saying there was an attempt to change the password. On 12/5, we again received a phone call saying the password and phone number were attempting to be changed.
At this point, the 'fraud alert' begins.
First, I was told that our case would be resolved in 3-5 days. I waited the full five days. On the sixth day, I called and was told it would be resolved by the end of the day. At the end of the day, I called and was told that it would be the 16th of December before it would be resolved. A day later, I'm told now it's the 19th.
Boost Mobile owes me $711.00.
As far as I'm concerned, they and the parent company Echostar are frauds themselves. I already know what's going to happen. They'll drag their feet, hoping we'll just go away. We will not just go away. This was an inside job, and because of it being, I will take this to the DA, every news agency that will listen, and my attorney for a lawsuit.
- Fraudsters
- Thieves
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE BOOST FOR ANYTHING
