My son pays his bill on a month to month basis. Since it is month to month he renews it once he gets the message so actually it is never disconnected.

Now they say if he waits till he gets the renewal message that is bill is late and not covered under any insurance. Therefore refusing his claim. I will be in contact with all the appropriate authorities ASAP. If you want to contact the corporate office of securtel they are located in Aphretta GA.
