My wife's phone spends more time with Samsung than with her, boost refused to accept my insurance claim to replace the phone. My 2 grand daughters phone have charging issues, I did everything tech support advised me to, including new batteries.
And trying to reach customer service is a joke and know my phone won't even read any SD cards. Screw boost mobile they new Samsung had defects and continue to sell them. Do yourself a favor and go to metro pcs or cricket, I switched for the saving but you get what you pay for I guess.
Cricket has great customer service and you don't get the runaround and transferred several times to end up were you started. Then they want to argue about any detail accessing your account starting with the account pin.
