i ordered a phone from Boost Mobile...Apparently the phone was shipped to a wrong address.Fedex decided to return the phone to Boost.I asked if they can send me another phone pending them getting the phone.They refused and asked me to pay for another order which i did.Now i have paid twice thinking this will solve the problem.It only made it worse.The 2nd order was cancelled after a confirmation email was sent to me.I called Boost Mobile 27 times over a period of 6 weeks and still never got a refund.After 10 years with Boost this is what i got.My job depends on this phone and i eventually lost it...
