Mobile service that is garbage. Outage starting May 18, 2017 through May 25, 2017.

Takes an act of God to get a live person at their customer service center and when you di, they give you a ticket number, tell you to call back when service is restored because the. tower is down and they would give me, my daughter and granddaughter credit on the bill for the time the tower was out. I called back on May 26, 2017 and the person I had to speak to didn't have a clue to what he was doing. He said the outage was only for ine day which was the 18th..

Duhh, I didn't call about the outage until the 22nd. When I told him that, he said the outage was on the 24th.. Hello.. He did not give me the credit that was promised bu the first person that I spoke to.

Can't locate an email nor a phone number for the corporate office. Found that is stated address on line but it isn't Boost Mobile.
