Worst customer service. My credit card was charged without my knowledge and I am not on auto pay.
I have had them for years I have a grace period for being a loyal customer. I pay every month on the same day. They said they would refund the money but would cancel my account.
They said it had to be me, like I wouldn't remember changing my plan and making a payment. Like a stranger would get on my account and pay my bill for me.
