I paid my bill on the 4th, it went through the bank on the 6th (was not due until the 12th), but my service has been almost completely cut-off. I can not receive or make calls, at all.
I AM able to use the internet and GPS, but I can't do my work w/o being able to talk to people. It has been this way for several days now and Boost representatives are never available on-line, through the mobile app, or in-store. I have had my phone checked (WalMart phone center) and it is working properly.
As this constitutes a fraudulent activity by the corporation, they need to contact me (or begin hiring phone representatives that ANSWER phones). I will try to run by a store, again, on Monday.
