Been a customer since 2009. My family and I own 3 phones.
Samsung Galaxy Rush, LG, and Sanyo. We are unable to receive or dial calls from our house. They day they are fixing a tower. Its been close to two weeks and they refuse to credit our accts.
Im seriously considering closing all 3 accts with them. Their customer service and lack of accountability and padsing the buck is so out of control.
Dont get a boost phone. Go with tmobile, they have prepaid plans.
If your apart of pta they give many discounts. Rather leave company as they are full of it.
