Poor quality and coustmer service
On Aug 26th I paid my phone bill boost mobile charged me for a 2nd line that was suppose to be shutoff over a month before. Because the wonderful phones they sell the phone just stopped working.
I spoke with a coustmer agent she told I'd recive a refund for the difference and I'd receive a a month credit for next billing cycle I was given confirmation codes to. Well 3 business days didn't pass and boost mobile instead of refunding the difference I received a $3] credit . They I was as well sell information of coustmers they don't do anything to stop fraud calls boost mobile phones are the easiest I have been told for hackers I have my set so unknown numbers can't call it doesn't help informing boost is useless my phone number after 2 years still isn't requested in my name . I have talked to boost mobile 4 times and it is useless the website for a phone upgrade is bs to I am due for a upgrade I never had to pay for upgraded phones with pervious carriers boost I've gone to their little Stores and I am charged full price for a upgrade.
Lol people stay away from boost mobile they offer cheap plans for a reason. Stay away from boost mobile affrim and plz run from capital one .

Good morning, I signed up as a new customer in December of 2022 when Boost was offering a Black Friday deal for new customers. This offer stated that after the 3rd consecutive payment I would receive a $200 gift card from Boost Mobile.
It has now been over 6 months and I have yet to receive the gift card. I have spoke with many boost stores, corporate and have even gone into the store I purchased it from. When I went to the store I purchased from which was over a month ago, I was told they would contact the 3rd party who supposedly sends the gift cards. I never got a call back and when I continued to call the store they gave me excuse after excuse.
I was supposed to receive a link through my email or text with the offer but have yet to receive it. I know other customers who did in fact receive it though. This is a copyright infrigement and I would like this resolved please. You many contact me through email or phone.

Mistreatment by Boost and nightmare of disruption to my work and life with no reason
Boost suspended my account for no reason.
Refused to reactivate.
Refused to give a valid reason.
Gave as reason "we can suspend or cancel for any reason we want".
Also gave as reason that I had been 'calling chatlines' which is not allowed. When I pointed out that I have never, ever under any circumstances called a chatline the reason went back to "we can cancel or suspend for any reason".
Gave different stories and answers every time I called and got different people.
Hung up on me several times when I wanted the issue escalated or transferred to a supervisor.
Told me there are no supervisors to escalate to.
Sent me 30 miles out of my way to a Boost location, assuring me they could help.
Boost location told me "they just wanted you off the phone..we cant help".
Refused to transfer my phone number to Verizon when I gave up on them reactivating my account or telling me why it was suspended (with a VALID reason).
Refused to take off my auto-pay.
Refused to tell me at what point, if I had not intervened about auto-pay, would have they stopped taking payments from my credit card since I obviously have no service. They continue to leave my account as 'suspended' and not 'cancelled' so they can still keep taking payments from auto-pay in spite of the fact I have no service..
this is no doubt why the refuse to take it off.
I had to resort to blocking them from using auto pay at my credit card level.
Refused to give me any details about where I can escalate a serios complaint.
This is the worst 'company' I have ever dealt with in my life. What they are doing cant possibly be legal.
- Vague policies no rules for customer service steal your money
Preferred solution: Compensation for the time I wasted for over a month trying to negotiate with a company that is not capable of resolutions or negotiations, and for the work I missed seeing that my phone is linked with all clients at work.
User's recommendation: Avoid this company! They are the worst. They have no regard for the problems they cause their customers and take no accountability for severely disrupting my work and personal life

Trying to port out from boost and obtain a transfer pin

All right when I first went over to boost I had read the $35 plan which I asked you downgraded to cuz I didn't have the money at the time would give me 10 gigs of data then what my speeds would be slowed due to network congestion so on and so on whatever the issue there was so never had an issue until this month I have exceeded 10 gig multiple multiple months never had my internet access cut off
So I made a payment on the 3rd and then I get this last week that I have no internet access whatsoever and get on the boost one mobile app and it says my account has been suspended due to non-payment which I thought was odd but I needed access so I paid another $35 last Wednesday I believe or Tuesday the next following day still had no service internet service I couldn't even send a text message to the picture on for work.
So I called they said they would they would be submitting a refund request and I believe it was last Wednesday I get an email saying that it's been submitted with Mike number fine so take 3 days fine then later on I figured you know what I'm not going to deal with it again so I switched carriers I called and got the release numbers then I'm waiting for the refund no one contacted me about it which they said they would then come Monday I receive another email saying it was submitted again so I tried to call and again wait times or you know 5 hours they call me back after I'm already in bed so I called again today this is now my fourth hour I've taken off of work waiting and to try to deal with this so that in itself is a safe $250 that I lost over this crap so I call again today I sit on hold I was trained for it again sat on hold then I sat on hold waiting for the computers to boot up or whatever and then I said did this all I heard was apology apology apology which does no one no good then she received to tell me oh well I won't get a refund because I no longer with the carrier which is a crock of *** so this needs to be handled within the next let's see 4 hours if it's not I will go down to the local boost store sit down a public piece of property will they sign and let every person that drives by which is a pretty busy street that's actually a state road and I will let them know exactly what boost rich people off for and I will set out there and I will sit out there and I will sit out there for hours days weeks I don't care is my right to do that and I will continuously doing it or do it until I receive that and easily $35 so it might behoove you not to lose customers which you already are by handfuls and it's really sad because I have a friend of mine the Southeast regional director and I'm not even going to bother him with this stupid *** so return this email and if you don't want to return it that I will have an attorney contact you and see how quickly you will move then got it

User's recommendation: They have no clue what they are doing no clue it is all shipped out to some foreign country that all they want to do to it is apologize to you garbage they can't even you called one number and they transfer you to another department and they don't even know who's calling I guess they don't have a computer system that transfers your name and your number and your PIN code that every department should have access to on a computer that is absolutely sad and then to say that after 10 GB your data doesn't get slowed it gets turned off I don't think any of the carrier does that and now I switched back to cricket and my reception is 100% better 100% quicker and guess what the English slow my if they did slow it the same money I'm getting double of what they offer they are complete garbage I wish I never went to went to the beginning
